Our Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management: Ensuring timely acquisition of quality goods, services, and works in compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) regulations.
Inventory Control: Maintaining optimal stock levels of learning materials, workshop equipment, and office supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
Supplier Relations: Building strong partnerships with reputable vendors to guarantee quality, affordability, and reliability in all college purchases.
Asset Management: Overseeing the proper recording, maintenance, and disposal of college assets to maximize their lifespan and value.
Budget Adherence: Working closely with finance and departments to ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets and college priorities.
